The DeWALT DCF922P2T-QW is a professional 18V XR Brushless compact impact driver with a 1/2″ square drive and detent pin, designed to deliver high tightening power in an extremely compact body.
With a tightening torque of 406 Nm and a maximum peak torque of 610 Nm, it is a versatile solution for mechanics, maintenance technicians, installers, carpenters, and professionals who need to work quickly on nuts, bolts, and fasteners.

One of the DCF922’s key strengths is its length of just 125 mm, a feature that makes it easier to reach bolts and fasteners located in tight spaces, engine compartments, metal structures, and areas that are difficult to access with traditional impact wrenches. Despite its compact size, the powerful brushless motor ensures high performance and efficient battery power management.

The 1/2″ square drive with Detent Pin system uses a retaining pin that ensures the socket is held particularly securely on the shaft. This solution is particularly well-suited for professional applications where it is important to minimize the risk of the socket accidentally coming loose during operation.

The DeWALT DCF922 features 4 operating modes, designed to adapt the power tool’s performance to different applications. In addition to speed settings, dedicated functions are available to improve control during more delicate operations. The specific mode for screws and lag screws, for example, allows for more effective management of speed and power when driving large fasteners into wood, while the Precision Wrench mode is designed to provide greater control when tightening and removing nuts and bolts.
