The Milwaukee Bolt 200 hard hat features a Lexan shell (ultra-high-strength polycarbonate), a material that is extremely resistant to shocks and impacts and is also designed for work at heights and high-risk situations. It is equipped with comfortable, breathable, washable, and replaceable inner padding. The internal foam hardens uniformly regardless of where the impact occurs. 10-year warranty from the date of manufacture, 5-year warranty from the date of first use.
The size adjustment system (52–68 cm) features an extremely convenient and easy-to-use ratchet wheel, along with a comfortable, interchangeable sweatband. Inside, a 6-point suspension system ensures greater comfort.
Certified to EN 397 + EN 12492 (helmets for work at height/industrial mountaineering).
Certified to EN 397:2012 with optional requirements: resistance to extreme temperatures – 40°C (ventilated and non-ventilated versions), lateral deformation (ventilated and non-ventilated versions). The ventilated version is certified according to EN 12492:2012. The non-ventilated version provides protection in accordance with EN 12492:2012, with the exception of section 4.1.4.
