DeWALT DCG405NT-XJ 125mm XR 18V Grinder – Without Battery

The Dewalt DCG405NT-XJ is a 125 mm professional angle grinder designed to deliver high performance, safety, and maximum freedom of movement thanks to the XR 18V battery platform. Equipped with a powerful brushless motor, it offers greater efficiency, a longer service life than traditional motors, and reduced maintenance, making it the ideal solution for craftsmen, installers, maintenance technicians, and professionals in the construction and carpentry industries.

From a safety perspective, the DCG405NT-XJ features an electronic brake that quickly stops the disc when the switch is released, helping to reduce downtime and enhance operator protection. The electronic anti-kickback clutch limits the machine’s reaction in the event of a sudden disc lockup or material jamming, providing superior control during use even in the most demanding applications.

Compact, ergonomic, and well-balanced, this grinder allows you to work comfortably even in tight or overhead spaces, maintaining excellent maneuverability and reducing fatigue during prolonged use. Its compatibility with the entire Dewalt XR 18V battery line also makes it an ideal investment for those who already use tools from the same platform.

The DCG405NT-XJ angle grinder is suitable for cutting metals, pipes, profiles, tiles, and building materials with the appropriate disc, as well as for deburring, cleaning welds, removing rust, and preparing surfaces before painting. For best performance, it is recommended to use specific discs based on the material being worked on and to always check that accessories are properly secured before use. The use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection, helps ensure safe and highly effective operation.
