The 18V tool kit includes the DHR243 hammer drill and the DGA513Z angle grinder. This kit is the solution for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from hammer drilling, drilling, screwing, cutting, and grinding—all with extreme convenience—while always using the same 18V lithium-ion batteries.

The DHR243 hammer drill is a high-performance model, thanks to its brushless motor, and is easy to use; in fact, this model is equipped with an intuitive function selector for drilling, hammer drilling, and chiseling, as well as a very useful secondary chuck for using SDD bits.
This model is also designed for connection to a functional dust extraction system—powered by the hammer drill’s battery via dedicated contacts—which can be purchased as an optional accessory. The Makita DHR243 includes a side handle, depth rod, and SDS-Plus quick-release chuck.

The Makita DGA513 angle grinder is an 18V cordless Makita angle grinder with a brushless motor and equipped with the most advanced systems and features, from anti-restart to an electric brake, including an electronic current limiter. The DGA513Z angle grinder is also equipped with Automatic Torque Drive (ADT) technology, which adjusts speed and torque during operation for optimal performance even under heavy load.
