Milwaukee M18 HNRG-551Z Energy Kit, 1-piece 18V 5.5Ah + M12-18 FC Single Fast Charger

The Milwaukee M18 HNRG-551Z Energy Kit is a convenient solution that comes with an M18 HB5.5 18V 5.Ah battery and an M12-18FC fast charger.

The Milwaukee M18 HB5.5 High Output 5.5 Ah battery delivers up to 50% more power than M18 RedLithium batteries. Milwaukee REDLINK electronics protect the battery pack in demanding conditions, maximizing cell performance through constant monitoring of each individual cell to ensure the battery’s charge and discharge cycle. The cells are secured with a metal frame and shock-absorbing separators to prevent battery pack failure caused by vibrations or drops, with individual cell monitoring that ensures longer battery pack life and greater efficiency under heavy use. The charge status indicator lets the user know how much power is left in the battery. These batteries operate at temperatures up to 50% lower than standard M18 RedLithium batteries, ensuring maximum performance in heavy-duty applications, even under the most challenging conditions. The M18 B5 5.5Ah battery completely replaces the cord thanks to its unprecedented runtime and is compatible with all tools in the M18 line.

The Milwaukee M12-18 FC Rapid Charger
recharges all M18, M14, and M12 REDLITHIUM batteries.
Charging occurs sequentially based on which battery is inserted first to minimize charging time.

The approximate charging time for M18 5.5 Ah batteries is about 60 minutes.
