The GRABO PRO Brushless features a new high-torque brushless motor capable of moving up to 30 liters of air per minute. This technology ensures faster vacuum generation, reduced recovery times, and longer battery life compared to traditional models. The result is increased productivity during installation and handling operations, even in the most demanding applications. The motor’s operational life exceeds 800 hours of continuous use or over 100,000 cycles.

The practical, high-visibility LED display allows you to constantly monitor the vacuum level and precisely set the desired pressure based on the material being handled. This feature is particularly useful when working with sensitive surfaces such as thin glass, polished slabs, large-format ceramics, or delicate materials that could be damaged by excessive suction. The adjustable suction limiter automatically maintains the set level, ensuring safety and control during every stage of the job.

The ergonomic design is optimized for continuous professional use. The balanced handle ensures a comfortable grip even during the most intense workdays, reducing operator fatigue and improving maneuverability during positioning and installation operations.

Among its most innovative features is wireless control via remote control (included), which allows the suction cup to be controlled from a distance of up to 30 meters. The controls indicate: green for pump activation, yellow for pump deactivation, and red for release, with dual confirmation. This feature greatly facilitates the installation of large panels, glass, or cladding, allowing the operator to manage the activation and maintenance of the vacuum even when not directly next to the tool.

The GRABO PRO Brushless is designed to work effectively on a wide range of materials, including glass, porcelain tile, marble, granite, natural stone, drywall, metal panels, processed wood, and porous or textured surfaces. The adjustable suction settings allow the grip level to be adapted to different operating conditions, offering maximum versatility both on construction sites and in precision installations. The maximum allowable difference in height between the application surfaces is less than 0.1”, equal to 3 mm, or with curvatures not exceeding 5°

For best performance, always check that the contact surface and the suction cup gasket are clean before use. When handling particularly delicate slabs, set an appropriate vacuum level via the LED display, avoiding pressures higher than necessary. In applications involving porous or slightly uneven materials, the automatic vacuum maintenance system ensures a constant and secure grip throughout the entire operation.
